Due to the digital nature of our products, including online courses, memberships, and downloadable resources, refunds are limited and provided at our discretion in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

• Digital courses or online professional learning once access has been granted
• Downloadable teaching, assessment or planning resources once they have been made available for download
• Digital products, templates or other electronic resources that have been accessed or downloaded
• Subscription payments already processed or any partially used billing periods.

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases that provide immediate access to online content or downloadable resources are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

3. Subscriptions

For subscription-based access:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation will stop future billing
• Access remains active until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time

5. Duplicate or Technical Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, or experience a verified technical billing error, please contact us. Refunds may be issued where appropriate.
