1. Ownership of Content

All content provided through Literacy Education Solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Video seminars and online course content
  • Written materials and instructional frameworks
  • Downloadable worksheets, templates, and resources
  • Course structures, sequencing, and pedagogical models
  • Graphics, visuals, and presentation materials

is the intellectual property of Literacy Education Solutions and is protected under Australian copyright law.

2. Permitted Use

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use materials for:

  • Personal professional learning
  • Classroom teaching
  • Internal use within a school registered for the course

A school subscription for a course permits internal sharing among staff within the same school.

3. Restrictions on Use

You may NOT:

  • Share login access with unauthorised users
  • Distribute, sell, or reproduce course content
  • Upload materials to public websites or platforms
  • Modify, adapt, or rebrand resources for redistribution
  • Claim authorship or ownership of any provided materials
  • Use content for commercial redistribution or training outside your course subscription

4. Downloadable Resources

Downloadable resources are provided for classroom and internal professional use only.
They must not be:

  • altered for redistribution
  • repackaged for sale or sharing
  • rebranded or published as original work

5. Video and Digital Content

All video content is protected and accessible only through authorised user accounts.
You may not:

  • download, record, or redistribute videos
  • share access credentials
  • embed videos outside the platform

6. Breach of Copyright

Any breach of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of access
  • Legal action where necessary
  • Removal of account privileges without refund
